I.Scope and Definitions of this Policy

When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, or use this product, we will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy. Therefore, we hope that you can carefully read and fully understand the full text of this policy and, when necessary, make appropriate choices based on the guidance provided in this policy. Some of our products, technologies, or services may have specific privacy guidelines/statements/notifications, which will more specifically explain how we handle your information in those services. If there are any inconsistencies between this policy and the specific service's privacy guidelines/statements/notifications, the specific privacy guidelines/statements/notifications regarding the specific processing methods shall prevail.

(a) services provided by other companies or individuals when you log in to MemeZoo using your MemeZoo account;
(b) information collection/processing practices of third parties that provide advertising services for our products, technologies, and/or services;
(c) information and/or services provided by third parties that may be included in or linked to our products, technologies, and/or services (including any third-party applications, websites, products, or services);
(d) other products, technologies, and/or services not provided by MemeZoo. The aforementioned services are operated by third parties, and your use of such information and/or services is unrelated to us. We hereby kindly remind you that when using third-party information and/or services, you should pay attention to and carefully read the relevant user agreements and privacy policies presented by the third party, as well as any usage rules for the services or information provided by the third party. We do not assume any responsibility for the collection, storage, and use of your personal information by any third party within the scope permitted by law.
（2）We require registered users to be natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct, and minors are not allowed to register their own user accounts. Furthermore, we declare that our products and services are not intended for any children under the age of 14 (some regions may have different age regulations for children).

1. Our products, technologies, and services: This includes the software, websites, services (including off-site services), and related product or service functionalities we provide. The term "our products, technologies, and services" mentioned in this policy, as well as the types of your personal information we collect, may vary depending on the specific product/service you use (including client type and software version). The actual situation of the product/service you actually use shall prevail.
2. Personal information: Refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person individually or in combination with other information, or reflect specific activities of a specific natural person.
3. Sensitive personal information: Refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may harm personal and property safety, may easily cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or result in discriminatory treatment. Compared to other personal information, sensitive personal information may have a greater impact on your personal rights and interests. 5.De-identification/Anonymization: Refers to the technical processing of personal information to make it unidentifiable, and the processed information cannot be restored.
6. Deletion: Refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in daily business functions, keeping it in an unretrievable and inaccessible state.
II.Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(I) How We Collect Your Information
We collect information directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you use customer services on the Platforms.
We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, browser cookies and web beacons(see below for details)for collecting information about your usage of ourPlatforms.
(II) Information We Collect
1.In order to help you use our products, technologies, and/or services, or to become our registered users and members, and to provide you with better audio editing and processing services, as well as better, more optimal, and personalized services, we will collect and/or use your relevant personal information based on the services you use. These information can be roughly divided into two categories:
（1）Necessary Information: This type of information is essential for the normal operation of our products, technologies, and services. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products, technologies, and services properly. Therefore, if you need to use our products, technologies, and services, you need to authorize us to collect and/or use this information.
（2）Non-Necessary Information: This information is required for non-core business functions. You can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, it will result in the inability to achieve additional business functions or to achieve the intended effects. However, it will not affect your normal use of core business functions. The specific category of personal information you provide may vary depending on the different products you use, so it should be based on the actual situation of the product/service you actually use.
2. The specific collection situation and purposes of your personal information can be summarized as follows:
(1) Login and account Information. We provide you with login functionality, for which we need to collect your cell phone number or email. If you refuse to consent to our collection and use of your mobile phone number or email, you may not log in and use the Services.
We may collect certain relevant log information stored in MemeZoo. Loggin Information may include (i) details on when and how often you use our Services, (ii) device statistics, including critical operation paths, errors, crashes, language and time zone. This Log Information is used to improve our services and is NOT USED to identify users individually.
(2) Device Information. We will collect information about your device, including its IIMEI, UDID or Android ID, GUUID, IDFA and IDFV, ICCID,, the type of device you use, operating system version, which will be used by us for statistical and/or analytical reasons, including without limitation to improve our technical functionality, server load-balancing, analysis of technical data relating to your device.
(3) Network Information. We may collect information about the network you use, including the name of the operator and the type of network, so as to understand the distribution of operators and networks used by our users. In addition, we may collect information such as the name of the WiFi network to which you connect, the location of the WiFi network, and the duration of your WiFi connection to understand the environment under which you prefer to use our services.
(4) Image Information. To realize the functionality of photo editing and shooting, we will collect the photo information you voluntarily provide. If you refuse to consent to our collection and use of photo information, you will not use the functionality of shooting and editing.
(5) Other Information. We may also collect other information which is not related to your identity. For example, we may collect information on your system language for the purpose of language adaptation, and we may collect your App list to understand user preferences. If we choose to collect such information, we will do so for the purpose of improving our services provided to you.

(III) Purposes and Methods of Information Collection and Use
1. Registration and Login
When you use this product and service, we recommend that you register a MemeZoo account to fully utilize all the functions of this product and service. When you log in to MemeZoo with your mobile phone number, we will collect your phone number or email address (used to send verification information to you). To ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the information you provide, such as through SMS/email verification codes.
2. Providing Network Security and Operational Security Protection
（1）To ensure the security of your account, network, operations, and systems, and to prevent fishing websites, fraud, and malware, we may collect some device information during your use of this product. This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, user settings, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, detailed information about your browser, operating system, or device, location information (inferred from your IP address), internet service provider, pages you accessed before, during, and after using the service, information about the links you clicked, and information about how you interacted with and used the service. This information is used to understand product compatibility and identify abnormal account statuses.
（2）Maintaining product security and promptly troubleshooting issues. To ensure the normal operation of our services, safeguard your account security, investigate product malfunctions, and improve and optimize our services, we may collect your EXIF data, login IP addresses, and service logs. This type of information is necessary for providing the service, identifying abnormal account statuses, and complying with relevant laws and regulations. It is collected and processed in a de-identified manner and will not be used to identify any specific user.
（3）To help us better understand the operation of MemeZoo and its services in order to ensure operational and service security, we may record network log information (such as the date and time of your use of MemeZoo software and related services) as well as the frequency of software and related services usage, crash data, overall installation and usage information, performance data, and other relevant information.
3. Providing Products and Services
（1）When you use MemeZoo, in order to synthesize or edit related audio and video, as well as facilitate your self-management of your production results, query, edit, and delete related materials, we will store the content you actively upload, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audios, PPT, and other formats. At the same time, in order to facilitate your creation and modification of digital projects, we will store the audio, video, and other production results you create using MemeZoo.
（2）We may need to obtain authorization to access your device storage space in order to import the content and materials you need for photo and text editing operations. If you do not use the above-mentioned services provided by us, you can choose not to grant this authorization, and you can also cancel the authorization for us to access your device storage space at any time.
（3）Providing customer service. When you need us to provide customer service, you may provide us with and allow us to use your account information during communication with our customer service personnel, which will be matched with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. When you use customer service or other user response functions, we may also need to collect the following personal sensitive information from you: contact information (phone number/email or other contact information you provided to us voluntarily), communication information between you and us (including text/images/audio/video/call records), and other necessary information related to your needs. Refusing the processing of the aforementioned information will prevent you from using our customer service, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions or services of this product.
4.Improving Our Products or Services
We may conduct research and statistical analysis on the editing history, names or durations of audio and video processing, IP addresses, access dates and times, your browsing behavior, and preference information that forms user profiles related to your use of this product's features or services. This is done in order to improve the content and layout of the product's user interface and provide support for business decisions.
Additionally, we may collect other information about your use of our products, technologies, and/or services for other reasonable purposes, including: survey responses, information obtained from your interactions with our partners for research and improvement purposes, comprehensive statistics, data analysis, processing, or other treatments, with your consent or authorization for other purposes, compliance with legal requirements, or other reasonable purposes. If we provide relevant options within the products, technologies, and/or services, you may also request that we use the personal information you provide and store in those products, technologies, and/or services for other services offered by us or our partners.
For marketing purposes, we and our partners may use your usage data, search records, and other data for statistical analysis, as well as to inform you about the latest operational activities, promotional information, etc. However, such data does not include any of your personal information.
5.Changes and Processing of the Collection and Use of Personal Information:
Please understand that the functionalities and services we provide to you are constantly being updated and developed. If a certain feature or service collects your information but is not described in the aforementioned statement, we will separately explain the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection through policy announcements, page prompts, interactive processes, website notices, etc., and obtain your consent.
6.Exemption from Obtaining Consent for the Collection and Use of Personal Information in accordance with the Law
Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws and regulations and/or relevant national standards, we are not required to obtain your authorization or consent for the collection and use of your personal information:
（1）When it is directly related to national security, national defense, etc., or directly related to significant public interests such as public safety, public health, and public awareness;
（2）When it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
（3）When it is necessary to protect your or other individuals' vital legitimate interests such as life, property, reputation, etc., but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
（4）When the collected user information has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by yourself;
（5） When the user information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;
（6）When it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract at your request;
（7） When it is necessary to ensure the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as identifying and handling malfunctions of products or services;
（8）When it is necessary for conducting lawful news reporting;
（9）When it is necessary for public interests, statistics, or academic research, and when the results are provided to the public or described in an academic research context, the user information is de-identified;
（10）When it is directly related to our fulfillment of legal obligations as stipulated by laws and regulations;
（11）In other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
Please note that if the information cannot identify your personal identity independently or in combination with other information, it does not fall within the legal definition of your personal information. However, when your information can independently identify your personal identity or when data associated with any specific personal information is combined with other personal information, during the period of such combination, these information will be treated and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
III. How We Store Your Personal Information
1.Storage Location: The information we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination inside or outside of your country, for the purpose as described in the Policy. By submitting your information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take reasonable steps to secure your information and treat it in accordance with the Policy and applicable laws.
2.Storage Period: We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide the MemeZoo services. We will retain relevant information during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or cancelled your account. Beyond the necessary period or after you have withdrawn your consent, deleted your information, or cancelled your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
IV.How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
1.Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the Internet.
When you use our services, in order to provide you with a secure and personalized service experience, we and our third-party partners may use related technologies to send one or more cookies, log files, web beacons, scripts, tags, or other tracking technologies to your device. 2.Third-party partners collect and use your information through cookies or similar technologies, which are not subject to this policy but are governed by their own privacy statements. We are not responsible for third-party cookies or similar technologies.
3.If your browser or browser add-ons allow, you may modify your acceptance of cookies or reject our cookies. However, if you do so, we may not be able to provide you with the best MemeZoo product and service experience, and some functions may not work properly.
V. How We Use, Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information
1. Use
We will use your information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products or services as described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:
（1）We may use your de-identified information to optimize products and services, improve user experience, conduct data statistics and analysis to evaluate, maintain, and improve the performance of our products and services, develop new products and services, and provide customer support. This information has been processed using technical means to ensure that it cannot identify you personally.
（2）For the purpose of ensuring the security of our products and services, we may use your information for identity verification, monitoring account and transaction risks, fraud detection and prevention, fraud monitoring, archival backup, and customer security services.
(3) In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may record, audit, analyze, and handle your information as required by law.
2. Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any other organizations or individuals, except in the following circumstances:
（1）Sharing with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.

maintain/improve our products/services and provide you with better content, we may access designated partners who provide such services to read your device identification number and network-related information. This is done for analyzing your usage of our services and optimizing ad delivery.Unless you give us permission, we will not share your personal identification information (information that can identify you, such as name or email address, which can be used to contact or identify you) with advertising and analytics partners. We will provide these partners with information about their ad coverage and effectiveness without
providing your personal identification information, or we will aggregate and de-identify this information so that it does not identify you personally.
（2）Suppliers, service providers, and other partners: We send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners who support our business. This support includes providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing the usage of our services, measuring the effectiveness of advertisements and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, conducting academic research and investigations, performing bug or crash statistics, improving login experiences, and implementing gateway appointments.
（3）In order to enable you to receive push notifications and perform necessary functions such as sharing information on third-party platforms, the MemeZoo software may embed authorized partner SDKs or similar applications.
3. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
（1）With your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.
（2）In the event of a company merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new entity holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If there are changes in the collection, processing, or usage purposes of personal information as stipulated in this policy, we will request the new entity to seek your authorization and consent again.

We will only collect or disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:

G.Necessary for statistical or academic research conducted in the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions externally, personal information in the results will be de-identified.
H.Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, etc.
I.Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.
（2）Please be aware that according to applicable laws, if we process personal information using technical and other necessary measures to render the data recipient unable to re-identify specific individuals and cannot be restored, there is no need to separately notify you or obtain your consent for sharing, transferring, or disclosing such processed data.
VI. How We Protect Your Personal Information
1.We will make every effort to take reasonable security measures (including technical and managerial measures) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss, or leakage.

5.Despite the reasonable and effective measures we have taken and the standards we have complied with in accordance with relevant legal requirements, please understand that, due to technological limitations and potential malicious activities, it is not possible to guarantee absolute security in the Internet industry, even with the strongest security measures. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. You understand and acknowledge that the systems and communication devices you use to access our services may encounter problems beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of your personal information.
6. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements. This includes providing you with the basic details of the security incident and its potential impacts, the measures we have taken or will take to address the incident, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. When it is difficult to inform each individual data subject, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. 7.We specifically remind you that the personal information protection measures provided in this Privacy Policy only apply to MemeZoo software products and services. Once you leave MemeZoo and its related services and browse or use other websites, services, or content resources, we do not have the ability or obligation to protect the personal information you submit to software or websites outside of MemeZoo, whether or not you access any other third-party software or websites through links or guidance from MemeZoo.
8.We remind you that the internet is not an absolutely secure environment. However, we will make every effort to ensure the security of the information we have obtained from you. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements. This includes providing you with the basic details of the security incident and its potential impacts, the measures we have taken or will take to address the incident, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the incident through email, letters, phone calls, notifications, or other appropriate means. When it is difficult to inform each individual data subject, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. In addition, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
VII. Your Control over Personal Information
You have the following options for managing the personal information you provide when using our services, and you can also contact us as described in this policy. However, please note that modifying or deleting personal information may affect the use of related services or render them unavailable.

However, for account security reasons, we may impose limitations on the number of times you can log in per day. When using MemeZoo, you can access your username, avatar, and the mobile number you registered with through the user center. You can access your creations in the production center. If you are unable to access your personal information in MemeZoo through the above methods, you can submit an access request by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your request within 15 days.
2.Correction of Your Personal Information: You have the right to correct your personal information at any time. You can modify your creations in the production center, or you can request the correction of your personal information by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your correction request within 15 days.
3.Deletion of Your Personal Information: You have the right to delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your creations in the production center, or you can request the deletion of your personal information by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your deletion request within 15 days. When you delete your personal information, due to legal and technical requirements, we may not immediately delete the corresponding backup information from the system. We will securely store your personal information and will not further use it until the backup is updated to delete or anonymize that information.
4.Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent: You can change the scope of your authorized consent at any time. However, please understand that almost every product feature requires some basic personal information to be provided in order to be completed. For the collection and use of personal information beyond the minimum set, you can provide or withdraw your authorized consent at any time. You can submit a request to withdraw or authorize by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your change request within 15 days.
5.Cancellation of Personal Information Subject Account: You can cancel your personal information subject account at any time. You can submit a cancellation request by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your cancellation request within 15 days. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with the product features and services of MemeZoo. We will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with your request and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

You can submit a request to obtain a copy by contacting customer service, and we will respond to your request within 15 days. If technically feasible, such as through data interface matching, we will directly transmit a copy of your personal information to a designated third party according to your request.
